Sciatica & Back Pain Relief
Elbow Pain:
Tennis Elbow (Lateral Epicondylitis): This condition involves inflammation of the tendons that attach to the outer part of the elbow, causing pain and tenderness. It is often caused by repetitive motions or overuse of the forearm muscles.
Golfer's Elbow (Medial Epicondylitis): Similar to tennis elbow, golfer's elbow is the inflammation of the tendons that attach to the inner part of the elbow. It typically results from repetitive wrist and forearm movements.
Bursitis: Bursitis occurs when the small fluid-filled sacs (bursae) that cushion the joints become inflamed. Elbow bursitis can cause pain, swelling, and limited mobility.
Elbow Sprain or Strain: A sprain refers to stretching or tearing of the ligaments in the elbow, while a strain involves stretching or tearing of the muscles or tendons. These injuries can result from a sudden impact or overuse of the elbow joint.
Elbow Arthritis: Arthritis, such as osteoarthritis or rheumatoid arthritis, can affect the elbow joint, leading to pain, stiffness, and reduced range of motion.
Elbow Fracture: A fracture or broken bone in the elbow can cause severe pain, swelling, and difficulty moving the joint. Fractures can occur due to trauma or accidents.
Wrist Pain:
Carpal Tunnel Syndrome: Carpal tunnel syndrome is caused by the compression of the median nerve as it passes through the narrow carpal tunnel in the wrist. It leads to pain, tingling, numbness, or weakness in the hand and fingers.
Wrist Tendinitis: Tendinitis in the wrist involves inflammation of the tendons in the wrist. It can occur due to repetitive movements, overuse, or strain on the wrist tendons.
Wrist Sprain or Strain: Similar to the elbow, sprains or strains in the wrist can result from sudden impact, falls, or overuse of the joint. These injuries can cause pain, swelling, and limited mobility.
Wrist Arthritis: Arthritis, such as osteoarthritis or rheumatoid arthritis, can affect the wrist joint, causing pain, stiffness, and reduced range of motion.
Ganglion Cysts: Ganglion cysts are fluid-filled sacs that form on the wrist joint or tendons. They can cause pain and discomfort, especially with movement.
Wrist Fracture: Fractures or broken bones in the wrist can occur due to falls, accidents, or trauma. They can lead to significant pain, swelling, and difficulty moving the wrist.
